About Gibboo

As Gibboo is a web-based application, you can access and up-date all your files from any computer in the world - as long as you know your access password. So you don't have to be in the office to amend your contact lists, to add details of a conversation with a contact, to make last-minute alterations to your mail-shot, or to check up on how successful your campaign has been. You can also set out 'to-do' lists for everyone in your team without having to send individual emails, and these will appear directly on their Gibboo home page (and stay there till they're dealt with!).

Gibboo has an exceptionally intuitive interface, which makes it very easy not only to create beautiful mailshots, but also to organise contact lists, identify sub-groups of potential clients from mailshot interactions, and quickly send out follow-ups.

You can either use one of our free templates, which you can customise by adding your company details and text; or you can get us to design a tailor-made mailshot/newsletter template incorporating your branding, which you can then use repeatedly, while altering the text and images as much as you wish.

Gibboo can help you analyse how effective your marketing is

You will be able to see at a glance who has opened your email, and who has clicked on a specific link. You will also get information about emails which have 'bounced' (because the address is no longer valid), so you can keep your lists up-to-date; and you will get a list of people who 'unsubscribed'.
